Cass Schneeman and her husband, John, opened Cass and Company Sweets on June 6th, 2011. Formerly employed as an Executive Chef for 6 years and having been involved in the food business all her life, she decided to take the industry by storm and put her own ideas “into the mix”. Little did she know her passion for baking would ultimately lead to a huge amount of local success.
